If you’re feeling tired, a strong black tea can be just what you need for an extra boost of energy in the morning or afternoon. And if you have sleeping troubles or simply want to relax, a brew of camomile tea can be your calming companion!
Everyone has their own personal taste when it comes to how they drink their tea. Maybe you have a preferred tea set of fancy china cups that you like. When you’re preparing tea, you should always use fresh, cold water. It can even improve your tea’s flavour if you allow the water to run for a bit, so you don’t get stale water from the tap. The reason behind this is that tea really loves oxygen.
