Eggs are incredibly versatile and they can be used in a number of recipes. When many people think about cooking or baking with eggs they may see eggs as a supplementary cooking item, but in reality there are many amazing low-fat healthy recipes that a person can make just with eggs and a few other key ingredients.
1/2 cup of water
4 cups of uncooked Spinach
1 cup of Greer cheese
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
salt and pepper and spice to taste
Start by cracking the eggs and putting them all into a bowl. Ad half a cup of water and whisk them together. Next add salt, pepper, and any other spices that you would like to have in your quiche. Set these ingredients in the fridge until the rest of the ingredients are ready. Next in a small frying pan add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and fry together the onions and spinach. After the onions and the spinach have been fried together, remove them from the pan and drain any excess water. Next add the spinach and onion mix to the bottom of a well oiled pan. Next on top of the spinach add the onions add about 1/2 cup of Greer cheese. On of everything pour over the eggs and bake in oven on 425° for 45 minutes to an hour depending on the oven.
12 eggs hard-boiled
3 tablespoons of low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of mustard
1 teaspoon of vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste,
Paprika for decorating
Start by removing the shells from all the eggs. After all the shells have been removed, next cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks and put them all into their own bowl. Set the egg whites out on a platter with a napkin or something soft beneath them so that they do not slip. Next add all of the ingredients together with the egg yolks. After all of the ingredients have been mixed together, and they are all soft, take a small spoon and re-insert the egg yolks into the egg whites. Arrange the eggs in a fashion that you would like and sprinkle them with paprika for a nice garnish.
1 1/2 cup of cooked pinto beans
1 medium-size onion
3 clothes of garlic
Mexican pimiento seasoning(to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of Organic chicken stock flavoring
6 eggs scrambled
1 cup of cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Start by frying up the onions and garlic together in a pan with a tablespoon of coconut oil. After the onions have turned to a golden color next add the cooked pinto beans with about a half a cup of water. Add in the chicken stock, and all of the spices desired. After all these ingredients are cooked well together and you have achieved the taste that you like, next blend the beans together. After the beans have been well blended add them back into the pan and fry them once again with a little bit of coconut oil. Next when the beans are finish set them aside. Next cook the tortilla until it is soft, and add the scrambled eggs to the tortilla. On top of the eggs add the beans and on top of the beans add the cheese. One can choose to also add guacamole and sour cream to their eggs as well.
Many people do not realize that eggs can be a main dish not just for breakfast but for any time of day. In reality the egg is really an incredible edible food.
