A life that is accustomed to three cups of coffee during a 24-hour period may not be so easy to change, which is where some people find themselves. These individuals have a hard time trying new things and may even refuse to do so because of the things they know. This does not mean that they won't change their eating habits; however, the things they have gotten used to through the years may be greater hurdles than they are prepared to jump over.
When an individual has a primary goal of consuming a meal, and the nutritional value is irrelevant to them then this could be their personality. It is a lot more common than most people think, and it is generally associated with people who maintain busy lifestyles and satisfy their eating requirements simply because they have to. Most people who fall under this personality trait are trying to provide their body with the fuel it needs and nothing else. More often than not, these individuals are not concerned about their health, which could suggest that they believe they are invincible.
Then there is the personality who eats anything without exception. This individual will grab a meal because it is there and won't necessarily make that decision based on a pressing schedule. The availability factor means that binging is very common and planning a nutritional menu is unlikely. If it feels good, you should consume it is probably a motto that this person will be known for, which simply means that to them, it is all about comfort food. It is unlikely that this individual will follow through with any kind of dieting plan, although they may sign up for a few of them.
Individuals who eat most of their dinners in the company of others may find that they have a social eating personality. While there is nothing wrong with having a meal with family or friends, the concern here should be about personal neglect. It is unlikely that healthy choices will be easily achieved for this personality if only for the fact that others seem to come first. Rather than allowing themselves to fall into the rut that others may be stuck in, this personality would do well to look for healthier options.
